2021
Inphotec Concession Agreement
Since April 2021, CamGraPhIC exclusively manages the Inphotec infrastructure, an advanced facility with front-end and Advanced Packaging capabilities. We are expanding the capability of Inphotec facility. To date, we made considerable progress in device fabrication and demo platform, as well as filing new patent applications.

CamGraPhIC Srl
CamGraPhIC Srl (100% subsidiary) was established in Pisa, Italy to carry out research and development activities.
2018
Founded
CamGraPhIC was founded as a spinoff from the University of Cambridge.
